The freshman girls volleyball team pulled off an exciting win against Davison in a nail-biting three-set match!

Set 1: Won 25–23

Set 2: Lost 22–25

Set 3: Won 15–12

The final set came down to the wire, and the girls showed incredible grit and determination.

With the score tight, Olivia O’Brien came up huge with a block to give us game point, and then Lucy Capstick sealed the win with a clutch ace serve!

The Freshman Girls Volleyball team came out strong with a sweep against Carman-Ainsworth, winning in straight sets:

Set 1: 25–9

Set 2: 25–6

Set 3: 15–11

Elise LaCrosse, Sloane Rhein, and Lucy Capstick were unstoppable at the service line, each racking up more than 10 ace serves across the match. Their serving power set the tone and led the team to victory!

The Lapeer Freshman Volleyball team faced off against Davison last night, coming up short with scores of 21–25, 22–25, and 9–15.

Despite the loss, the girls battled hard and showed strong teamwork throughout the match.

Brianna Sankiewicz stood out as our outside hitter, racking up several impressive kills. Trinity Fader and Lucy Capstick stepped into new positions and rose to the challenge -- Trinity as defensive specialist and Lucy as libero. They both hustled all over the court, refusing to let a ball hit the ground.

The team played with heart, determination, and a clear commitment to supporting one another. Great job, Lapeer!
