Saturday, the varsity girls tennis team won the Lapeer Lightning Quad by defeating Davison, Brandon, and Waterford. 

Winning first-place medals for Lapeer in singles were Caris Grayvold, Charlie Mahl, Allison Rudledge, and Aubrey Bentley.  Natalie LaCross and Sloan Rhein won first-place medals at No. 3 doubles. 

At No. 4 doubles, Trinity Fader and Elise LaCross came in second place.

Our team is gradually improving, but we have a very long way to go and our schedule only gets tougher.  We have Midland Dow and Powers coming to town next week and it should be fun!
