Lapeer High School and Zemmer Campus Fall Sports Athletic Clearance will begin on Monday, August 3 from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at LHS for 9th-12th graders and at Zemmer Campus for 6th-8th graders. 

High School Fall Sports tryouts/practices begin on Monday, August 10.

Middle School Fall Sports tryouts/practices begin on Monday, August 24 (first day of school).  

Items needed for clearance for all athletes:

- Current physical dated on or after April 15, 2026 (completely filled out and signed by all parties)

- Signed Emergency Medical Card

- Signed Athletic Code of Conduct

High School student athletes will receive their clearance bracelet once they are cleared. Middle School student athletes will receive their clearance bracelet on the first day of school/practices.

As part of the clearance process, all student athletes will also have their previous semester's grades and discipline reviewed by administrators.
