Here is the athletic clearance process for high school and middle school athletes this fall.
Lapeer High School and middle School fall athletic clearance will begin on Monday, August 4, from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at CFI for 9th-12th graders and Zemmer Campus for 6th-8th graders.
Lapeer High School fall tryouts/practices begin on Monday, August 11.
Middle School fall tryouts/practices begin on Monday, August 25.
Items needed for clearance for all athletes:
- current physical dated April 15, 2025 or after
- new emergency med card
- code of conduct (if this is their first time playing sports in high school at Lapeer)
- athlete meets with an administrator
- wristband to begin tryout/practice
